Tony Lederer, formerly Executive Strategy Director at Grey NY, has joined The&Partnership to lead strategy across our New York client base.


Tony is one of the industry’s most pioneering strategic minds, with a proven track record in delivering brand and content strategies that deliver highly creative work and impactful results. He brings a wide range of category experience into our agency having led brand strategy for the likes of Mass Mutual, YouTube, P&G, and Applebees.


Tony will lead our multidisciplinary strategy team where we combine brand, audience, and activation skillsets to design truly full-funnel brand strategies.
