In this spot for British Gas, we’re inside the British Gas Control Centre – showcasing the intelligence of boiler IQ. Suddenly a red light flashes and an alarm sounds. Someone has a problem with their boiler. Wilbur’s eyes are wide and he’s ready. Quick as a flash his flipper hits a button in front of him to alert an engineer.
