The&Partnership and mSix&Partners Hire Sophie Mangnall as Global Head of Sustainability

London, 6th April:

The&Partnership and mSix&Partners have appointed Sophie Mangnall as global head of sustainability, tasked with leading sustainability efforts at a group level across our creative and media work.


Sophie joins the group from Wavemaker, where she led their environmental taskforce, ‘Greenmakers’ and became an active member of Mission Zero, the GroupM cross-agency team who drive the climate agenda and embed sustainability into all areas of the UK-wide business.


Sophie will work to get our house in order across all offices globally and embedded client relationships. This means understanding our carbon footprint on an office by office basis and working to build net zero plans in line with WPP targets. This also means training up our employees – around the world – in Climate 101 and building sustainability gangs in every market.


Sophie will lead the work on  understanding the carbon impact of each and every one of The&Partnership and mSix&Partners client relationships – across creative, media, or both – and work with each client to develop a bespoke plan to reduce the carbon footprint of the work we do together.


Sophie brings a wealth of knowledge to the group, with over 12 years’ experience in media agencies in London and Hong Kong. In December 2020, she successfully completed the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership course for Business Sustainability Management. Following this, she went on to create and launch Climate 101 training for GroupM.
