Inclusive creativity and social impact are at the heart of his creative vision – under his leadership the agency has pioneered accessible gaming design for RNIB, campaigned against LGBTQ+ conversion therapy, and launched High Viz creatives, a national scheme to represent and attract creative talent from underrepresented minorities. He was No 1 Creative Director in the Global Creative Rankings in 2019, and No 3 in 2021; winning 6 Grand Prix and 3 consecutive Titanium Lions at Cannes, 4 D&AD Black Pencils, One Show Best in Show, over 40 Grands Prix around the world.
