Yaris very French

At Toyota, the Yaris has been produced in France since 2001, and in 2012 it became the first vehicle to be certified « Origine France Garantie ». Since 2012, has been the most-produced city car in France.

So, to make « Made in France » more than just a badge, we decided to create the first TV spot certified « Origine France Garantie ».
You don’t believe us ? It’s very French! Here is our certification number : BV. Cert. 7243657.

Everything in our movie was 100% French: the location for the shooting, the setup, the objects, the actors, and even the technical staff who worked on the project.

For this film, more than a sixty french brands and a hundred people joined the Toyota Yaris adventure. Directed by the talented Benjamin Bouhana, in Bry-sur-Marne studios, the movie depicts the Toyota Yaris passing through different scenes, in which we rediscover with pleasure our little very French habits that we all recognise well.

A dedicated website (yaristresfrancaise.fr) enabled the users to verify the origins of each item visible in the spot and discover behind-the-scenes footage from the campaign.

To push the idea even further, we decided to not only launch the campaign on TV, but also on digital…Where our banners only appear on .fr sites!
