Taking a Stand Against Sexism: T&P Signs AdGirls Manifest

The&Partnership Germany commits to the Ad Girls Manifest, becoming a part of agencies dedicated to promoting equality, equal rights, and a fair working environment for all.

The AdGirls actively combat everyday sexism, particularly addressing sexist structures within the advertising industry. In close collaboration with advertising agencies and based on the needs of their employees, they have not only established a clear stance but also made strong commitments.
