Andrew Bailey

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As CEO of The&Partnership in North America, I am helping this new, independent agency holding company backed by WPP make a name for itself. Prior to joining The&Partnership, I was Chairman of BBDO’s Proximity in North America, one of the largest and most awarded agency networks in the world. In this role, I focused on growing the leading digital and CRM global agency network in the region. In the US, I brought Proximity from invisible to inspirational, with successful offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, New York and San Francisco. My ability to navigate the intersection of brand and digital has made me a leading advisor to some of the world’s most prominent brands. I have led and grown regional and worldwide clients like Visa, P&G, HP, Mars, Campbell’s and BlackBerry.

My passion for strategic and creative excellence has produced results recognized by domestic and international shows like Cannes, DMA Echos, Caples and the EFFIE awards. I started my career in traditional advertising at Leo Burnett, but quickly understood where the world was moving and became an early advocate of the digital space. I have held executive positions with DraftFCB and Deepend. Under my leadership as President and CEO of Proximity Canada from 2005-2011, the agency grew from a team of 28 to 200. The company earned Digital Agency of the Year honors in 2006 and then repeated in 2011, becoming one of the largest and most awarded offices in the Proximity Worldwide network.

VICTORIA DAVIES

MANAGING PARTNER

I made my first step into this world with DMB&B as a graduate trainee with responsibility on Masterfoods. In 1998 I moved to M&C Saatchi, where I worked with the government to encourage more people to become police officers, and ran the British Airways account globally in the aftermath of 9/11. I became the youngest-ever Group Account Director at M&C Saatchi.

In 2004 I moved to TBWA as Client Services Director with responsibility for Scottish & Newcastle, McCain Foods, and Muller, and for running and winning the McDonald’s pitch. I was promoted to Managing Director of the creative agency in 2005 with additional responsibility for the growing digital and content business. I moved to the US in 2008 to set up and grow CHI&Partners America, with responsibility over all our client business.

MATT HUSER

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director of The&Partnership, I lead the agency’s cross-discipline offering. Prior to joining The&Partnership, I served as SVP, Group Account Director at Proximity where I led client services and new business activity for the New York office. There, I was instrumental in transforming Proximity into a leading CRM agency in the New York market and in growing the office significantly in my first year.

Over my 17-year career, I have held positions at agencies including SapientNitro, D’Arcy (D’Arcy, Masius Benton, & Bowles), Dentsu and JWT and have worked with brands including Coca-Cola, Visa, Gillette, General Electric, Domain Chandon, Sharp Electronics and Suzuki Auto.

While at SapientNitro, I served as Client Services Director, where I directed a portfolio of accounts across the agency's offices on the East Coast. My book of business included the agency’s global Coca-Cola, Michelin and NASCAR businesses. I also led the development and marketing of Sapient’s white-label fan engagement platform product for the sports category.

I currently live in Brooklyn with my wife Dawn, 2 sons, Henry and Winston, and our golden retriever, Lucy.

OLIVER EGAN

Planning Partner

With a background in PR and research, in 2001 I joined the newly opened CHI London as brand planner. Since then, I have grown with the agency, making partner and working across advertising, digital and integrated assignments. In 2010, I left the UK to head up strategy at CHI&Partners’ New York office. Today I am focused on developing The&Partnership’s multi-disciplinary strategic offering.

During my time with the group, I have worked across key accounts, most notably launching Toyota’s first youth-targeted car and Lexus’s first hybrid, taking a stand on behalf of public broadcasting with PBS and helping Samsung become the world’s leading TV manufacturer and the planet’s 9th most valuable brand.

ISAAC SILVERGLATE

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

I am the Executive Creative Director of CHI&Partners. Before joining CHI&Partners in 2011, I attended Columbia University and then worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Droga5 and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. At those shops, I worked for clients including Activision, Chevrolet, Snickers, Cheetos, Absolut, Sprint and UNICEF. In 2008 I helped Obama win the election with the seminal "Great Schlep" social campaign. For awards I've won, including Titanium at Cannes and a D&AD black pencil, Creativity twice ranked me the second most-awarded writer globally. And yes, coming in second twice kinda bugs me.

JEFF ANDERSON

I joined CHI&Partners in 2011, after spending time at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Droga5 New York, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. During my career, I have produced award-winning work for clients including Masterfoods, Activision, The Tap Project, Frito Lay, Chevrolet and "The Great Schlep" campaign that helped win Obama The White House in the 2008 election.

DAVID STOPFORTH

Managing Director

I am Managing Director of m/SIX North America, a full service media agency that is part of GroupM, the world's largest media buyer.

Prior to joining m/SIX, I was Group Strategy Director at Zenith Media in New York, leading the planning for a range of high profile clients including JPMorgan Chase, H&M North America, Delta Airlines and PUMA International.

I also have client-side experience, spending 3 years as Head of Media, Strategy and Operations at Reebok International, responsible for development and implementation of the brand's Global Brand Marketing initiatives. The move to Reebok followed a four-year stint managing Adidas' award winning global marketing campaigns for some of the biggest sporting events in the world, including the UEFA Euro 2004, Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games, and FIFA World Cup 2006.
