Andrew Bailey

CEO, Partner

As CEO of The&Partnership in North America, I am helping this new, independent agency holding company backed by WPP make a name for itself.

Prior to joining The&Partnership, I was Chairman of BBDO's Proximity in North America, one of the largest and most awarded agency networks in the world. In this role, I focused on growing the leading digital and CRM global agency network in the region. In the US, I brought Proximity from invisible to inspirational, with successful offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, New York and San Francisco. My ability to navigate the intersection of brand and digital has made me a leading advisor to some of the world's most prominent brands. I have led and grown regional and worldwide clients like Visa, P&G, HP, Mars, Campbell's and BlackBerry.

VICTORIA DAVIES

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner at The&Partnership in North America, I am responsible for building all of our client relationships under The&Partnership model, as well as, nurturing and growing our multidisciplinary team to live up to our promise of being an agency that can navigate and keep pace with today’s increasingly complex market.

Prior to evolving our offering to The&Partnership, I oversaw the North American advertising affiliate, CHI&Partners when I moved to NY to open the shop in 2008.

Before moving to America, I held leadership positions at prestigious London creative agencies, including TBWA\London and M&C Saatchi working on brands including McCain Foods, Muller, Scottish & Newcastle and McDonald’s. and ran the British Airways account globally in the aftermath of 9/11.

OLIVER EGAN

Strategy Partner

As Planning Partner at The&Partnership, I apply my background in PR and research to round out our strategy offering so that we can truly think and operate as a multidisciplinary team.

Prior to moving to NY, I joined the newly opened CHI London as brand planner. Since then, I have grown with the agency, making partner and working across advertising, digital and integrated assignments.

In 2010, I left the UK to head up strategy at CHI&Partners' New York office. During my time with the group, I have worked across key accounts, most notably launching Toyota's first youth-targeted car and Lexus's first hybrid, taking a stand on behalf of public broadcasting with PBS and helping Samsung become the world's leading TV manufacturer and the planet's 9th most valuable brand.

ISAAC SILVERGLATE

ECD, Partner

I am the Executive Creative Director of The&Partnership.

Before joining The&Partnership in 2011, I attended Columbia University and then worked at TBWA \Chiat\Day, Droga5 and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. At those shops, I worked for clients including Activision, Chevrolet, Snickers, Cheetos, Absolut, Sprint and UNICEF. In 2008 I helped Obama win the election with the seminal "Great Schlep" social campaign. For awards I've won, including Titanium at Cannes and a D&AD black pencil, Creativity twice ranked me the second most-awarded writer globally. And yes, coming in second twice kinda bugs me.

DAN BECKETT

Head of Art

Beckett joins The&Partnership from partner agency CHI&Partners London which he joined in 2004 and served as both Head of Art and Design Partner.

Prior to this role he spent five years at TBWA\London where he rose to Head of Design. Beckett has appeared in the D&AD Annual on 45 occasions, received a rare D&AD Yellow Pencil for typography for his work for Le Creuset and is credited with designing countless other award-winning campaigns for adidas, The Times, The Sunday Times, Anchor, Habitat, Toyota, Nissan, Sony PlayStation and Liberty. More recently, in 2014, his London team won 'Best Of Show' and 'Best Brand Campaign' at the Design Week awards, and in 2012 won a four-way pitch against established branding agencies to redesign the British Gas brand.

LYNDSEY CORONA

Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development for The&Partnership North America, I'm excited to play a role in establishing the agency in this market by celebrating the people and truly unique model it was built on.

Prior to joining The&Partnership, I was the global account leader on iconic brands like Jameson and PUMA, responsible for driving creative excellence and business growth. Before that, I was the director of business development for TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, where I led their most successful new business run in nearly ten years - adding eight accounts in less than two years and contributed to two years of significant double-digit growth for the agency.

I've had a chance to do some amazing things over the course of my career, including opening a successful creative spin-off in San Francisco, now known as agencytwofifteen; and have worked on famous, awardwinning campaigns for brands like Xbox, Halo, Gears of War, Zune, McDonald's, GSK, Planters, and more.

GEORGE PANOPOULOS

Director of Digital

As the head of digital for The&Partnership George will help define the digital business strategy, expand digital expertise and bring best-in-class practices to the organization at-large.

Prior to joining The&Partnership, I have had a long and successful career as a seasoned digital executive with Critical Mass for almost 10 years. Most recently, I served as the SVP, General Manager of the Canadian and North American Headquarters in Calgary for three years.

My endless drive in creating extraordinary work and business results has been instrumental in attracting impressive North American and global clients such as HP, Budweiser, Las Vegas Tourism, Georgia-Pacific, Michelin, AT&T, Dell and Clorox. I have lived all over the globe in cities such as Austin, Chicago, New York, Calgary and London.
